摘要
随着掘进供风距离的增加,单台风机已经不能满足要求。为解决此问题,必须研究多台风机串联工作的参数。本文通过实验得出:两台风机串联后,出口风量等于单台风机供风量的85%~95%,出口压力是第二台风机压力的1.5~1.8倍;三台风机串联后,出口风量等于单台风机供风量的80%~85%,出口压力是第三台风机压力的2.3~2.6倍。
With the increase of ventilation distance,singe local fan can not meet the air quantity requirement of tunneling face. To solve the problem,series ventilation of multiple local fans was researched. The experiments show that when two local fans in series,the air quantity is 85% ~ 95% of the single local fan and the pressure is 1. 5 ~ 1. 8 times of the second local fan's pressure,when three local fans in series,the air quantity is 80% ~ 85% of the single local fan and the pressure is 2. 3 ~ 2. 6 times of the third local fan's pressure.
