Research on College Students' Grass-root Employment Projects:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Participation Willingness and Satisfaction Assessment

摘要 本文从参与意愿和满意度评价出发,结合中国青少年研究中心"2014年度中国大学生就业研究"的调查数据和中国青年政治学院基于"大学生村官"、"三支一挟"计划和"西部志愿者计划"等典型基层就业项目开展的调研,实证分析了大学生参与基层就业项目的意愿和影响因素,及已参加基层就业项目大学生对项目的满意度。研究发现:在参与意愿方面,家庭收入低、学习成绩好、组织能力强的女性、本专科应届毕业生的参与意愿更强;在满意度评价方面,男性、研究生群体的满意度明显更低;大学生对于基层就业项目所提供的"发展性措施和机会"的满意度高于对"保障性措施和环境"的满意度。待遇较差、生活条件艰苦和个人发展受限制是阻碍大学生到基层就业的主要因素,政府关注和投入不够、职业发展机会不足和对优惠政策的落实缺乏信心则是困扰已参与基层就业项目大学生的最主要问题。 This paper makes an empirical analysis on college students' willingness and contributory factors of participating in Grass-root Employment projects and on the satisfaction assessment level of college students currently involved in the projects.The data employed in this paper is from '2014 Chinese College Students' Employment Research' and on the investigation of typical Grass-root Employment projects such as ' Village Officials', 'Three Supports and One Assistance' and 'Volunteers in the West'.This paper find that participation willingness is greater among students from low-income families,graduates with good grades,female graduates with strong organizing ability,and fresh graduates.And satisfaction level is lower among male graduates and postgraduates.Besides,college students are more satisfied with developmental measure and chances provided by the project than with security measures and environment.Also,lower pay,harsh living conditions,and restricted personal development are main impediments to college students' Grass-root Employment,while the main problems bothering those already involved in the grass-root projects are inadequate governmental attention and investment,insufficient career development chances and lack of confidence in the implement of preference policies.
