摘要
日本的公共基础设施建设在国际上处于领先水平,在许多方面都值得我国借鉴与学习。文章主要从交通设施、环保设施、安全设施三个方面论及了日本的公共基础设施的建设与管理,并分析日本的经验以及对我国的公共基础设施发展的启示。
The public infrastructure in Japan is at a high level in the world, which is worthy to learn for our country. This paper analyzes the public infrastructure administration from the three following aspects： transportation facilities, environmental protection facilities, and then put forward their implications.
