随着大数据时代的来临,数据的潜在价值正在被开发和利用。而数据的确权关系到数据市场的发展和数据价值的开发利用问题。文章从数据的所有权、使用权和隐私权方面探讨了数据确权的重要性,特别强调了对隐私权的保护对于大数据产业发展和造福于社会的重要意义。
With the advent of the era of big data, the potential value of data has been developed and exploited. Data confirmation right matters to the development of data market and exploitation of data value. From aspects of data ownership, usage right and privacy right, the importance of data confirmation right was discussed in this paper. The significance of privacy right protection to development of big data industry and progress of society was emphasized.
