摘要
目的观察和分析早期气管切开术在颅脑外伤和脑出血治疗中的应用及效果。方法将我院于2012年9月-2014年9月收治的60例颅脑外伤和脑出血患者进行随机分组,分成实验组和对照组,每组各30例;对照组:行常规的脑外伤脑出血疗法;实验组:行早期气管切开术。结果对两组患者治疗后状况进行比较,实验组患者颅脑外伤以及脑出血的病情控制情况高于对照组(P<0.05)。对两组之间的生活能力进行评分,并进行相比,有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应以及疾病并发症发生率相比,实验组均低于对照组。结论早期气管切开术的应用在颅脑外伤和脑出血治疗中的应用具有明显的疗效,能够有效地提高治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe and analysis the effect of early tracheotomy in head trauma and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with traumatic brain in jury and cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were randomly devided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases respectively. The control group used routine TBI cerebral hemorrhage therapy, while the experimental group used early tracheotomy. Results The results of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared. The treatment effect of the disease in the experimental group was higher than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. The living ability of the two groups was evaluated and compared.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The adverse reactions rate and complications rates of experimental group were lower than that in control group. Conclusion Early tracheotomy used in the treatment of traumatic brain injury and cerebral hemorrhage have a significant effect and can relieve clinical symptoms.
