一款乘用车塑料前端骨架设计分析

摘要 汽车轻量化技术已成为世界汽车技术发展的重要方向,开展汽车轻量化技术的研究与应用不仅是汽车节能减排的需要,也是提高自主研发能力和产品竞争力的需要。工程塑料因其良好的机械性、耐久性、耐腐蚀性、耐热性等,被广泛应用于各领域。以一款乘用车短玻纤增强PA6的塑料前端骨架为例,重点研究了塑料前端骨架材料定义、结构设计、CAE分析、性能要求等。通过实验验证得出塑料前端骨架满足整车使用要求。 Lightweight design has become the important development direction of world automotive technology. Conducting researches of lightweight technology is not only for the requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction, but also for improving the ability of independent R&D ability and competitiveness of products. Engineering plastic is widely used in many areas for its high performance on mechanical property, durability, corrosion resistance and heat resistance. By taking one type of plastic front skeleton in passenger vehicle, short glass fiber reinforced PA6 as an example, this thesis focuses on studying the material definition, structural design, CAE analysis, performance requirement of this plastic front skeleton, and finally reaches the operation requirements of the plastic front skeleton of vehicles through experimental verification.
