摘要
目的：探讨藻酸双酯钠致阴茎异常勃起的一般特点和规律。方法：以“藻酸双酯钠”、“阴茎”等为检索词,检索中国知网（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国科技期刊数据库（VIP）及万方数据库（Wan Fang）,依据文献纳入和排除标准,共计纳入文献15篇,有效病例56例,进行资料提取和统计分析。结果：藻酸双酯钠致阴茎异常勃起主要发生于35-50岁男性患者,静脉滴注后1d及以后,发生阴茎异常勃起24 h内就诊治疗效果佳。结论：重视藻酸双酯钠所致阴茎异常勃起,建议对其进行重点监测并完善药品说明书。
Objective： To study the general pattern, characteristics and influencing factors of priapism induced by alginic sodium diester. Methods： The related references were retrieved in the following databases as CNKI, CBM, VIP and WanFang data. 15 references which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected,56 cases reports were extracted and analyzed. Results： Priapism induced by alginic sodium diester occurred mainly in the 35-50 years old male patients after intravenous infusion and after 1 d. Occurrence of priapism patients presenting within 24h treatment effect is better. Conclusion： Thus, it is important to pay attention to priapism induced by alginic sodium diester. It is suggested to focus on monitoring of it, and perfect drug instructions.
