摘要
连续油管作业设备可以在不压井的情况下,快捷高效地进行修井作业,解决一些常规方法难以处理的问题。江苏油田井下作业处通过连续油管磨铣工具的配套完善、连续油管摩阻的计算、冲洗排量的计算,并通过现场应用,形成具有自身特色的连续油管冲洗、解堵技术,为现场施工提供技术服务和理论依据,节省修井费用、提高油田修井效率和水平。
Coiled tubing equipment can be used to carry out snubbing operation efficiently to deal with some problems which can be hardly solved by conventional workover methods.By completing set of coiled tubing milling toos,calculating the coiled tubing friction and displacement of flushing,the technique of plug removal by flushing with coiled tubing has been formed.The field application proved that the technique can improve the workover efficiency,save workover costs,and help to promote the level of Jiangsu Oilfield workover operation.
