摘要
通过工业实践和理论分析,讨论了舞钢转炉炼钢用石灰石代替部分石灰造渣过程中石灰石的行为。结果认为,石灰石在转炉内分解属于吸热反应,在转炉热量偏富余的前提条件下,用石灰石代替部分石灰造渣,能够满足转炉造渣脱磷的需要,同时减少辅料使用量,从而降低冶炼成本。
Based on industrial practice and theoretical analysis, the paper discusses the behavior of limestone in the process of forming slag instead of some lime during converter steelmaking. The results show that using limestone in- stead of some lime to form slag can meet the demand of dephosphorization by forming slag and reduce the auxiliary ma- terials'consumption, thus lowering the metallurgical cost, hut requiting surplus heat due to endothermic reaction of limestone decomposition during converter steelmaking.
