摘要
腔镜手术在外科领域的应用越来越普及,腔镜训练器在提高腔镜基本技能方面的作用逐渐得到人们的肯定。但是,医学生学习任务重,不可能安排很多课时进行腔镜技能训练,固定在腔镜训练中心的腔镜训练器不方便学生经常重复的进行训练。作者在分析了腔镜训练器的基本原理后,创造性地设计了一种便携实用、造价低廉的便携式腔镜训练器,并设计了在临床实习学生中的对照试验,考核了学生的夹豆和缝合打结两种腔镜基本技能,证实这种训练器比固定在训练中心的腔镜训练器更能有效提高学生的腔镜基本技能,值得应用推广。
Endoscopy surgery was more and more popular in surgical field, and adaption of laparoscopic simulator shown helpful in basic skill on laparoscopic training. But, there have not lots of class hour for medi- cal students for laparoscopic skill training, so laparoscopic simulator that fixed in laparoscopic training center is not convenient for training frequently. We designed and invented a portable and cheap laparoscopic simulator. The control study was applied in students of clinical practice, and progressive trainings were completed by pick- ing-up beans and structure knot. The results shown the portable laparoscopic simulator was more useful than fixed laparoscopic simulator and was worth popularization.
