大跨度CFST系杆拱桥静动载试验分析研究 被引量:4

摘要 包西铁路跨黄延高速公路大桥主桥为单跨128 m的钢管混凝土(CFST)系杆拱桥.通过对该铁路大桥进行实桥静动载试验,研究了在静动载作用下大跨度CFST系杆拱桥的结构特性、脱轨系数、加速度及振幅响应等关键参数,并与ANSYS有限元分析结果进行了对比.发现大跨度CFST系杆拱桥挠度和应力校验系数处于合理范围,结构各项关键参数满足规定要求.结果表明:该铁路大桥具有足够的强度和刚度,动力性能良好,满足设计的荷载等级和营运要求;有限元计算结果能够反映该桥梁结构静力及动力性能.本文研究结果对大跨度CFST系杆拱桥的竣工验收及鉴定评价有重要指导意义. Main bridge of Baoxi Railway across Huangyan Highway is a tied concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) arch bridge with a single span of 128m. Static and dynamic test on this real bridge were conducted and key parameters such as structural characteristics, derailment coefficient, accelerations, amplitude response in action of static and dynamic loads were studied and compared with results of finite element method (FEM) analysis using ANSYS. All key parameter are identified to be good and the railway bridge has enough stiffness and strength, deflection and the stress calibration factor of the structure are at reasonable range, meeting requirements of codes and operating. FEM analysis results can show the static and dynamic characteristics. Results of the paper are important in guiding completion inspection and acceptance work, identification and evaluation work.
