摘要
针对某锡铜矿矿石性质分析结果,进行浮-磁-重和重-浮-磁-重两种工艺可选性试验对比研究。试验结果表明,重-浮-磁-重工艺指标优于浮-磁-重工艺,对含锡0.913%Sn和含铜0.423%Cu试样,获得锡精矿品位为66.36%Sn,锡回收率为63.96%,综合回收铜精矿品位为23.26%Cu,铜回收率为37.39%,同时获得铁精矿品位63.93%Fe,铁回收率为7.97%。
On the characteristic analysis of a tin-copper ore,Flotation-Magnetic separation-Gravity concentration and Gravity concentration-Flotation-magnetic separation-Gravity concentration flowsheets are comparatively investigated for processing the ore.The results of investigation indicates that the Gravity concentration-Flotation-magnetic separation-Gravity concentration flowsheet achieves a superior separation performance to that of Flotation-Magnetic separation-Gravity concentration flowsheet,and it obtained a tin concentrate assaying 66.36% Sn with 63.96%recovery and comprehensively recovered a copper concentrate assaying 23.26% Cu with 37.39% recovery,from the ore assaying 0.913% Sn and 0.423% Cu;moreover,it produced an iron concentrate assaying 63.93% Fe with recovery 7.97%.
