摘要
茄病镰刀菌4—11产生的环孢菌素A、B和C三组份的体外抗菌活性和对T淋巴细胞增殖反应的抑制活性与文献对多孢子木霉产生的环孢菌素对应组份的报道相一致。从而使茄病镰刀菌4—11代谢产生环孢菌素得到在生物学方面的鉴定。
The antimicrobial activities and inhibitory activities to proliferating T-cells of cyclosporin A,B and C isolated from Fusanum solant sp. No. 4-11 were reported. These biological properties appeared to be identical with cyclosporin A, B and C obtained from the fermentation broth of TolyPocladium inflatum Gamea.
