摘要
目的：分析输卵管疏通术患者应用综合护理对手术应对及满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年12月～2014年12月本院89例输卵管疏通术患者临床资料，按不同护理方案分为两组，对照组43例行常规护理，研究组46例在其基础上行综合护理，观察两组VAS、SAS及SDS评分、满意度及疗效。结果对照组VAS、SAS及SDS评分均高于研究组，护理满意率60.5%低于研究组87.0%，且总有效率76.7%低于研究组95.7%，均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论输卵管疏通术患者应用综合护理对手术应对及满意度的影响效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the operation response and satisfaction of patients with tubal dredging operation. MethodsA retrospective analysis of 89 cases of tubal patency in patients with clinical data,according to different nursing program was divided into two groups,the control group of 43 routine nursing care,research group（46 cases）on the basis of the upstream comprehensive nursing and observation of vas,SAS and SDS scores,satisfactory efficacy and in our hospital in December 2012 to December 2014.ResultsThe scores of SDS,SAS and VAS in the control group were more than those in the study group,the satisfaction rate of nursing was 87% lower than that of the research group,and the total effective rate was 95.7% lower than that of the study group（P〈 0.05）.ConclusionThe effect of comprehensive nursing on the surgical response and satisfaction of patients with tubal dredging is remarkable.
