摘要
目的：分析手足口病的临床特征并探讨有效的防控对策。方法分析传染科收治300例手足口病患者的临床资料。结果手足口病发病集中于5～7月，在5岁以下儿童群体中发生率较高。普通病例和重症病例临床表现有所不同。经有效诊治，300例患者全部治愈出院，无死亡病例。结论手足口病发病有其规律，及时发现并予以有效诊断治疗，可有效改善患者病情。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease and to explore the effective prevention and control measures. MethodsA total of 300 patients with hand foot and mouth disease were selected from the department of infectious diseases,and the clinical data were reviewed.Results The incidence of hand,foot and mouth disease was concentrated in May-July,and the incidence rate was higher in children under 5 years of age. The clinical manifestations of the common cases and severe cases were different. After effective diagnosis and treatment,300 patients were cured and discharged,without death.Conclusion The incidence of hand foot mouth disease has its regular pattern,and it can be found in time and effective diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s condition.
