低油量R290旋转式压缩机的研究与开发 被引量:1

摘要 基于R290冷媒旋转式压缩机,对低油量技术的应用进行了研究,以帮助R290空调系统满足标准的制冷剂充注量限制要求。首先,根据R290制冷剂的应用要求,明确了R290压缩机的设计要点,提出了低油量压缩机的设计思路。其次,根据旋转式压缩机的供油要求设计了低油量旋转式压缩机的结构,完成了供油能力CFD计算分析。再次,完成了低油量压缩机与普通压缩机的供油能力评价,并对比分析了压缩机的性能和耐久磨耗试验结果。最后,在同一套空调系统中,完成了系统性能和R290充注量对比试验,分析了R290低油量压缩机为空调系统带来的效果。研究结果表明,低油量旋转式压缩机可有效减少系统制冷剂充注量,并能保证压缩机及系统的性能和可靠性,具有良好的应用前景。 The less oil technique research is based on R290 rotary compressor for the purpose of decreasing the refrigerant charge amount of R290 room air conditioner to satisfy the demand of IEC standard 60335-2-40. Firstly, according to the demand of R290 refrigerant application, the key points of R290 compressor design was indicated. Then, the less oil rotary compressor was designed, and the CFD simulation of the oil feed structure was confirmed. Thirdly, the oil feed test was evaluated. Moreover, the performance and reliability tests were completed. Lastly, the result of refrigerant charge amount decrease of R290 room air conditioner was obtained by test, and the system performance was also confirmed. The results show that the less oil rotary compressor not only effectively decrease the refrigerant charge amount of R290 room air conditioner but also can achieve the same performance and reliability of the compressor and system. That is to say, the less oil technique is one of the most important directions of rotary compressor development.
