基于硼酸酯黄酮苷分子印迹聚合物的制备及识别性能研究

摘要 分别以芦丁和柚皮苷为模板分子,4-乙烯基苯硼酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,1,4-二氧六烷为致孔剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用可逆共价结合方式制备出两种基于硼酸酯结合的分子印迹聚合物,并对它们的吸附介质、结合动力学速率、专一识别性和交叉选择性进行了研究。结果表明,可逆共价印迹聚合物适用于水相介质,在3 h内可以达到吸附平衡。选择性结合实验表明该两种MIP具有良好的分离选择性,其对各自的模板分子均表现最大的吸附量,而对其结构类似物吸附较少。 In this study, two kinds of molecularly imprinted polymers based on borate ester were prepared by using rutin and naringin as template molecules, 4-vinyl phenylboronic acid as functional monomer, two glycol methacrylate as cross-linking agent, 1,4-dioxane as a porogenic agent, AIBN as initiator, respectively. The adsorption medium, binding kinetics, specific recognition and cross-selectivity of the imprinted polymers were studied. The results showed that the reversible covalent imprinted polymers were suitable for using in aqueous media, and it could reach the adsorption equi- librium in the 3 hours. The selective experiment indicated that both polymers showed the maximum adsorption for tem- plate molecule, while less for its analogues, which showed a good separative ability and selectivity.
