摘要
随着信息化进程的全面推进,政务部门对地理空间数据的需求日益增长,数据资源也日趋丰富。如何利用这些信息快速做出积极响应,提高政府机关的工作效率和服务形象,使电子政务"移动化",在遵循基础地理空间数据建设和相关技术标准与规范的基础上,设计开发了基于IOS的移动政务平台。该平台实现了地图显示、查询、定位、搜索等基本功能,并能导入政务部门相关专题数据进行叠加分析。
With the advancement of information progress and the growing need for geospatial data of government department,data resource are more and more abundant.How to use these information to make quick and positive response,enhancing the government authority work efficiency and service image to make electronic government＂mobile＂is the main focus.It designs and develops the mobile government intelligent terminal platform based on IOS system following the basic geospatial data construction and relevant technical standards and specifications.The platform realizes map showing,query,locating,searching and so on basic functions.Furthermore,it can also input government department related thematic data to do overlay analysis.
