摘要
对蜂巢轮胎的参数化建模进行相关参数理论运算推导及模型建立分析,将等比数列应用到蜂巢轮胎模型的建立中,使纵向边长符合等比数列关系,并对建模约束数据的设计进行阐述。在三维CAD软件平台上,采用分块参数化模型建立方法完成蜂巢轮胎建模过程,并按照实际工程普通型号轮胎尺寸构建纵向边长等比蜂巢轮胎结构。
It presents the relative parameter theory calculation derivation of parameterizing modeling of honeycomb tire,analyzes the model building,and expounds the design of modeling restraint data.Thus geometric series of numbers are applied to building honeycomb tire model,longitudinal side length meets relationship of geometric series of numbers.Honeycomb tire modeling is completed by using the method of partition parameterizing model building based on the software platform of three-dimensional CAD. Honeycomb tire construction of longitudinal geometric side length is realized according to engineering actual common tire size.
