摘要
目的:分析我院抗菌药物临床应用规范化管理的成效。方法:采用回顾性调查法,对我院两个阶段(加强抗菌药物管理前:2012年7-9月,加强抗菌药物后:2013年7-9月)抗菌药物使用金额、使用强度(AUD)、使用率等数据进行统计分析。结果:与管理前相比,全院住院病人抗菌药物使用金额为669.37万元(实施前同期:1036.41万元),同比下降35.41%;AUD为29.65(实施前同期:46.78),同比下降36.62%;使用率为43.47%(实施前同期59.87%),同比下降27.39%;抗菌药物使用频度为61274.8DDD(实施前同期:89877DDD),同比下降31.82%。结论:该抗菌药物管理模式实施后,我院抗菌药物应用各项监测指标达到了国家卫生计生委要求,抗菌药物AUD与全球应用最低的北欧地区已相近,值得在其他医院推广使用。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of strengthening the management of antibiotics usage in our hospital. Methods： Retrospective survey was adopted to analyze the change of the cost of antibiotics, antibiotics use density（AUD） and antibiotics utilization ratio before and after the management. Result： Compared with the past data, the cost of antibiotics was 6.6937 million yuan which was 10.3641 million yuan before the management, and down 35.41% year-on-year; the AUD was 29.65 which was 46.78 before the management, and down 36.63% year-on-year; the antibiotics utilization rate was 43.47% which was 59.87% before the management, and down 27.39% year-on-year; the DDDs was 61274.8 DDD which was 89877 DDD, and down 31.82% year-on-year. Conclusion： Through standard management, clinical antimicrobial application in our hospital fully meet the national requirement. Some index was similar with the Nordic region which was the most standardized antimicrobial application group in the world. In general, this method could be popularized in hospital.
