摘要
国务院2013年发布的《关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》和十八届三中全会发布的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,明确提出了放宽社会资本举办医疗机构的准入范围,政策导向明显。本文分析了东西部地区城市社会资本办医和重庆地区的发展现状,提出了社会资本介入重庆市公立医院的必要性、可行性和可能面对的难题及必要的政策配套支持。
The Recommendations on Promotion Healthcare Industry issued by the State Council and The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform Adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China have assured to broaden the scope of private capital investing hospital. The status of private capital investing in hospital in Chongqing and in the eastern and western city in China has been described and the necessity, feasibility, problems and support policies of private capital investing in hospital in Chongqing are analyzed.
