球墨铸铁超声声速与其显微组织、力学性能间关系

Relationship Between Ultrasonic Velocity of Nodular Cast Iron and Its Microstructure as well as Its Mechanical Properties

摘要 阐述了球墨铸铁超声声速与其显微组织及力学性能间的理论关系,并利用A型脉冲式超声探伤仪测定球墨铸铁声速。通过对不同牌号的球铁材料进行了声速测定、显微组织分析和力学性能测定,试验结果验证球墨铸铁声速值与显微组织、力学性能间存在一定正相关性。 The theoretical relationship between ultrasonic velocity of nodular cast iron and its microstructure as well as its mechanical properties has been elaborated. The sonic velocity of nodular cast iron has been detected by A-type pulsed ultrasonic flaw detector. Sonic velocity test, microstructure analysis and mechanical properties determination were carried out on different grades of nodular cast iron. The test results verified that there was a positive correlation between sonic velocity of nodular cast iron and its microstructure as well as its mechanical properties.
