重视鲍曼不动杆菌院内感染 被引量:8

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)是引起医院内感染的重要条件致病菌之一。近年来,AB感染率逐年上升,特别是近10年多重耐药及广泛耐药的AB已在世界各地出现和流行,造成临床治疗的困难,不恰当选择抗菌药物治疗会使AB感染患者住院死亡率较其他感染患者升高4倍[1],已成为医学界关注的问题。据2013年中国CHINET细菌耐药性监测报道,我国主要地区16所教学医院分离的AB占临床分离革兰阴性菌的14.63%,
