肱骨短缩结合锁定钢板技术治疗肱骨难治性骨不连 被引量：4

摘要 目的：探讨肱骨短缩结合锁定钢板技术治疗肱骨干骨折多次术后骨不连的效果。方法对15例肱骨骨折多次（≥2次）术后骨不连患者采用肱骨短缩结合锁定钢板治疗，术后不用外固定，早期进行肩肘关节功能锻炼。结果随访时间8～36个月，平均（14±3.2）个月，手术切口均一期愈合，肢体短缩2.0～5.1 cm，平均（3.8±0.8）cm。骨折均愈合，愈合时间8～16个月，平均（10.4±2.3）个月，无内固定失败病例，其中2例为桡神经陈旧性损伤，予行屈肌腱转位重建背伸功能。术后6个月随访时，Constant－Murley评分和HSS评分均较术前提高（P＜0.05）。结论采用肱骨短缩结合锁定钢板内固定是治疗肱骨骨折多次术后骨不连的一种有效方法，其缺点是肢体短缩影响外观，但功能无明显影响。
