摘要
在测定螺旋霉素在水相与醋酸丁酯相间的表观分配系数基础上,根据表观分配系数K与真正分配系数Ko之间的关系式,求得Ko=44.1(20℃),从而借助于计算机得到在20℃时的萃取计算诺模图。
With the value of the apparent distribution coefficent of spiram-
ycin determined, that of the intrinsic distribution coefficient K was calculated to be 44.1(20℃). Then the extraction nomograph obtained with aid of a computer.
