摘要
目的:探讨苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及对患者诱导痰中炎性介质的影响。方法:选取76例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组患者给予给予抗炎、止咳及平喘等常规咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗,观察组患者在常规咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗上给予苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.74%高于对照组患者治疗总有效率76.32%,差异显著(χ2=5.208,P<0.05)。治疗1、3月后,观察组患者IL-4、IL-5水平均低于对照组患者IL-4、IL-5水平,且观察组患者IL-10水平均高于对照组患者IL-10水平,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月后,观察组患者EOS及血清Ig E水平均低于对照组患者EOS及血清Ig E水平,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘能够有效降低诱导痰中炎性介质水平,促进嗜酸性粒细胞及血清Ig E水平恢复,增强患者自身抵抗能力,提高患者疾病治疗效果,具有良好的安全性。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of Suhuang Zhike capsules in the treatment of cough variant asthma and the effect on inflammatory mediators in induced sputum of the patients. Methods： 76 patients with cough variant asthma were selected as the research object,which were divided into control group and observation group,each with 38 cases. Patients in control group were given routine treatment for cough variant asthma,including anti-inflammatory,anti-tussive and anti-asthmatic drugs,whereas those in the observation group were given routine treatment plus Suhuang Zhike capsules for treatment. Result： The total effective rate in observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 76.32%,and the difference was statistically significant（ X2 = 5.208,P〈0.05）. After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Moreover,after 1 and 3 months of treatment,the levels of Ig E in EOS and serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Suhuang Zhike capsules can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory mediators in induced sputum in the treatment of cough variant asthma,which promotes the restoration of the level of Ig E in eosinophils and serum and boosts the patient ＇s immunity,with higher security,thus improves the curative effect for cough variant asthma.
