摘要
目的初步探索用气孔保卫细胞叶绿体鉴定三七多倍体的方法。方法用不同浓度的秋水仙素溶液处理三七种子和种苗后,利用气孔保卫细胞叶绿体数目进行鉴定其倍性;结果 0.1%秋水仙素处理48 h的三七叶片,气孔保卫细胞叶绿体数目最多;结论三七的气孔保卫细胞叶绿体数目与其倍性相关。
Objective Study on the method of field induced polyploidy of notoginseng with colchicine. Methods Disposing seed and seedling of notoginseng with different concentrations of colchicines, and identification induction frequency of polyploidy by chloroplast number of guard cell, to research identification method. Results The sample with most chloroplast number was seed treated with 0.1% colchicine and treatment time was 48 h. Conclusion Cloroplast number of stomata guard cell was related with ploid. This results laid the groundwork for future appraisal and breeding of notoginseng.
