摘要
近年来,我国期刊开放获取发展迅速,但传统期刊所占比例相对较高,出版主体分散、弱小。基于综述国外开放获取期刊的概况,结合我国开放获取期刊的现状分析,指出其存在的问题,并对如何增加我国开放获取期刊数量、提高办刊层次提出建议,认为我国比较适合发展混合型开放获取期刊。
Recently, the open access in journals has developed rapidly. However, the proportion of traditional journals is relatively high, and the subjects of publishing are scattered and vulnerable. On the basis of an overview of Open Access Journals abroad, combining the analysis of its current situation in China, this paper points out the existing problems and makes suggestions concerning how to increase the quantity of Open Access Journals and improve the level of publication, then draws a conclusion that it is appropriate to develop a mixed type of Open Access Journals in China.
