摘要
立足京津冀协同发展的大背景,从腹地的视角分析河北省面临着定位与经济发展偏差、产业结构不合理、城市空间布局不优化,以及环境生态瓶颈等重大问题,并提出解决问题的对策。指出推进京津冀协同发展,三地应充分合作,河北省更应从统筹协调、财税体制、设立共同基金等方面完善相应的体制和机制。
The article, setting its research background into the enormous background of the coordinating development of Jing-Jin-Ji, analyzed the major issues that Hebei province is facing with, concerning this state strategy from the perspective of Hebei as the geographic centre of the three regions. These issues include that there is a deviation between Hebei＇s position among the three areas and its development; the industrial structure of Hebei is not rational; the space layouts of cities are not optimized; and there are bottlenecks in its environment and ecology. On the basis of the study, the article proposed countermeasures. It is pointed out in this article that to promote the coordinating development among Jing-Jin-Ji,these three regions should make fully cooperation; Hebei province should perfect related systems and mechanisms from the perspectives of coordination, financial system and establishing mutual funds and so on.
