摘要
针对企业绩效管理中存在的考核繁多、程序复杂、管理层次多等问题,提出一种基于J2EE架构的企业绩效管理系统,以ASP.NET作为开发技术,以MVC作为开发架构,实现了企业绩效管理的流程化、规范化的考核,以此创新企业绩效考核方式,实现企业考核资源的优化。
For enterprise performance management in the assessment range of complicated procedures, management, multilevel and other issues, the paper proposes a framework based on J2EE enterprise performance management system to ASP.NET as the development of technology to MVC as a development framework to achieve the enterprise performance management processes, standardized assessment, innovation and business performance assessment methods in order to achieve optimal business assessment resources.
