综合保温护理在肝癌患者围手术期的应用 被引量：5

摘要 随着医疗技术的发展，越来越多的复杂手术在临床开展，围手术期“低体温”的发生率也越来越高。低体温是手术过程中的常见并发症之一，近年来低体温对患者的危害越来越受到关注。研究表明围手术期低体温明显增加失血量和输血量，延长麻醉药物作用时间，导致苏醒延迟及增加术后的不适感。因此围术期应用综合保温措施具有重要意义。本文探讨应用综合保温措施对患者体温及苏醒时间的影响，报道如下。
