摘要
参阅大量中外文献探讨英国体育政策,研究结果显示:国内研究使人们对英国体育政策有了大致了解,在此基础上利用政策文件历时态角度分析了英国体育政策演进路径,发现忽视地方政府作用是其主要问题。借鉴英国体育政策,应该抓好学校体育工作,正视政府在体育发展中的作用,激发其能动性。
By taking reference to many documents at home and abroad,we found that the previous research in China made us acquainted with sport policy of UK,on the basis of the documentary analysis,the authors then analyzed the changes of sport policy of UK from the angle of history,finding that the main problem is neglecting the effect of local government. In view of this,we should do better in school sport,pay importance to the function of government in the development of sport and motivate its initiative.
