摘要
海西经济区为漳州提供了新的发展机遇,对漳州土地整治提出新的要求。该研究首先分析海西经济区背景下的漳州发展与土地整治的逻辑关系,探讨漳州土地整治对于模式的迫切需要;进而综合考虑土地开发利用、资源禀赋等多种因素,给出漳州在海西经济区发展背景下的3种土地整治模式;最后将各种模式与具体地域进行对应,形成3个土地整治区,分析了每个区实现自身土地整治目标方向的具体条件。
Haixi economic zone provides new development opportunity for Zhangzhou,and which put forward new requirements to its land consolidation partition. This paper analyzed the logic relationship between the development of Zhangzhou under the background of Haixi economic zone and its land consolidation,studied the urgent need of pattern for Zhangzhou land consolidation,then proposed three land consolidation patterns for Zhangzhou under the development of Haixi economic zone in consideration of development and using of land as well as resource endowment etc. At last,three land consolidation zone was proposed under the condition of correspondence of the three patterns and specific region,and the concrete condition was analyzed for each zone to realize their own land consolidation.
