摘要
为探究3种护理模式在肛肠外科护理中的应用效果，找出肛肠外科患者最佳护理干预模式，将肛肠外科患者300例根据护理方式的不同分为常规护理组、预见性护理组与人性化护理组，每组100例，观察3组患者护理质量评分以及护理满意度情况。结果显示，经过护理干预，预见性护理组和人性化护理组在护理质量评分与护理满意度评分方面均显著优于常规护理组（P〈0．05），预见性护理组与人性化护理组在护理质量评分与护理满意度评分方面无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结果表明，相较于常规护理，预见性护理与人性化护理在肛肠外科护理中均能显著提升治疗效果，降低患者并发症发生率，得到了患者的一致好评，具有极高的临床价值。
In order to investigate the clinical efficacy of three nursing modes applied in the department of colorectal surgery,so to find an optimal intervention nursing mode,out the 300 cases in the department of colorectal surgery were divided into conventional nursing group, prevision nursing group and humanity nursing group based on the nursing mode they had received, 100 cases for each group.The scores of nursing quality and patient＇s satisfaction degree to nursing were observed in all cases.The results showed that prevision nursing group and humanity nursing group were superior to conventional nursing group in scores of nursing quality and patient＇s satisfaction degree to nursing（ P 〈0.05）,but no significant difference was found between prevision nursing group and humanity nursing group（ P 〉0.05）.It is concluded that compared with conventional nursing, prevision nursing and humanity nursing can obviously improve therapeutic effects, reduce the incidence of complications, which is of high patient＇s satisfaction and extreme clinical value.
