摘要
为探讨口服痔炎消片联合金马洗剂坐浴预防痔术后感染的临床效果，将108例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组55例和对照组53例。治疗组采用口服痔炎消片联合金马洗剂坐浴预防痔术后感染，对照组采用甲磺酸左氧氟沙星静脉滴注加1：5000PP液坐浴预防痔术后感染。结果显示，治疗组与对照组在术后创口水肿、疼痛、创面愈合时间，患者体温、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率方面比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，口服痔炎消片联合金马洗剂坐浴预防痔术后感染疗效确切，避免痔术后应用抗生素。
To discuss the clinical efficacy of Zhiyanxiao tablets plus sitz bath with Jinma lotion in the prevention of postoperative infection of hemorrhoids, 108 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 55）and control group （n = 53）. Treatment group received Zhiyanxiao tablets plus sitz bath with Jinma lotion to prevent postoperative infection, while control group received intravenous administration of levofloxacin mesylate plus sitz bath with PP solution（1 ： 5000）.The results showed that no significant difference was found between the two groups in wound edema, pain, wound healing time, patient body temperature,WBC count and neutrophil ratio（ P 〉0.05）.It is concluded that Zhiyanxiao tablets plus sitz bath with Jinma lotion is certain effective for the prevention of postoperative infection of hemorrhoids,therefore the use of antibiotics is avoidable.
