摘要
用超声波处理利福霉素产生菌地中海诺卡氏菌所得的菌丝片断比石英砂处理所得菌丝片断的敏感性高。将超声波处理所得的菌丝片断,经UV诱变处理后,菌株分别经L—色氨酸、氯化铯等类似物做耐受性处理,获得利福霉素SV的高产菌株,产量提高10%左右。
Mycelium fracture of Nocardiaa. mediterranei,Ri{&mycin SV producing strain, obtained by ultrasonic vibration were sucessively treated by UV irradiation and followed by resistivity agaist Trp, CsC1 and other substances, the high productivity strains were isolated.
Comparison studies revealed that the sensitivity of the fractures obtained by ultrasonic wave to mutagenic treatment were more sensitive than ones smashed by arenaceous quartz.
The yields of the high productivity strains in shake flask were 10% higher than the parent strain.
