氯化铝热解反应热力学分析

摘要 对氯化铝溶液热解制备氧化铝的过程进行热力学分析。考察温度对反应的吉布斯自由能变化及其平衡常数的影响,研究反应的气体条件对吉布斯自由能的影响以及温度对热解反应热效应的影响。该研究结果可为热解过程相关参数的选定提供理论依据,从而有效调控热解过程。 Thermodynamic analysis of preparation process of alumina from aluminum chloride solution by pyrolysis reaction was carried out. The effects of temperature on Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constant of reaction were investigated. The effect of reaction gas conditions on Gibbs free energy and effect of temperature on heat effect of pyrolysis reaction were studied. The results provide a theoretical basis to select parameters of pyrolysis process and regulate pyrolysis process.
