摘要
文本指出必须全面、准确、历史、动态、辩证地认知经济新常态,而不能简单化、固定化、静态化、片面化、绝对化、泛化地去理解。中国经济发展的新常态,与外国的新常态不同;中国经济新常态不只是中高速增长,更不是去"GDP";中国经济新常态是一种动态而不是静态,也不能自然形成而是需要经过艰苦努力才能实现;中国的新常态不是只由创新和消费驱动,还需投资和出口拉动;中国经济新常态专指经济发展而不宜过度泛化。
The essay states that economy in new normal should be recognized in full,accurate,historical,dynamic and dialectic ways rather than understood in simple,immobile, static, one-side, absolute and general ways. China＇s economic development in new normal differs from foreign countries in new normal;China＇s economy in new normal seeks not only rapid growth, much less ＂GDP＂; China＇s economy in new normal is a dynamic rather than static states,which is not formed naturally but realized through painstaking effort;China in new normal is driven not only by innovation and consumption but by investment and export. China＇s economy in new normal refers to economic development rather than excessive generalization.
