射频消融技术在甲状腺疾病中的临床进展 被引量:9

Clinical progress of radiofrequency ablation for thyroid disease

摘要 射频消融技术是一种安全、有效、微创治疗实体肿瘤的新方法,现广泛用于治疗肝脏、骨骼、肾、乳腺等部位的肿瘤。目前,射频消融技术也应用到甲状腺疾病的治疗,并取得一定的疗效。本文综述了射频消融的原理、在甲状腺实验研究和临床应用的现状及并发症。 Radiofrequency ablation(RFA), a new, safe, effective and minimally invasive treatment for solid tissue tumors, has extensively been applied to neoplasms of liver, bone, kidney and breast. Now RFA also has been used to treat thyroid disease, and has showed certain benefits. This article comprehends the mechanism of RFA, current status of experimental study and clinical application and complications.
