摘要
通过验证实验研究变截面阶梯杆的几何尺寸以及材料属性对纵波传播特性的影响.基于以往的理论研究成果搭建实验平台,并结合理论研究时的相关条件进行实验分析.通过实验验证以往的理论预测结果,即:纵波在变截面阶梯杆中的传播,存在多个通带和阻带,变截面阶梯杆表现出"带通滤波器"的特性;杆材料的泊松效应和剪切变形对纵波传播特性的影响不能忽略.不同段杆之间接合面处截面面积的不连续程度也会影响纵波的传播特性.实验结果可以为状态监测时间接获取数据的有效性提供依据.
Verifiication experiment was taken to investigate the effects caused by physical dimension and material attributes of a multi-step rod with variable cross-section on the propagation characteristics of longitudinal wave. An experimental system was built based on previous theoretical studies, and experimental analysis was taken combined with the correlated conditions of those studies. A good agreement between the experimental results and the previous theoretical prediction results was obtained. There are many stop bands and pass bands for a multi-step rod with variable cross-section. Multi-step rod shows the characteristics of band-pass filter. It cannot be ignored that Poisson' s ratio and shear deformation has an effect on the propagation characteristics of longitudinal wave. In addition, the discontinuity degree of cross-section area of adjoining plane between different rods also affects the wave's propagation characteristics. The conclusions can provide condition monitoring with a rule to verify the validity of the signals measured indiretly.
