摘要
以高校学术科研团队为研究对象，在预调研基础上设计合作信息查寻与检索行为的影响因素问卷，并收集来自不同高校学术团队421份样本数据，分别应用SPSS、AMOS对数据进行探索性因子分析和验证性分析，对提出的两个理论模型进行结构方程全模型检验。研究结果表明学术团队的合作信息查寻与检索行为主要受到6个因素影响，分别是：合作信息使用、自我素养、合作意愿、团队氛围、信息需求与主题兴趣，并基于此构建学术团队合作信息查寻与检索行为的影响因素二阶模型。路径分析发现：合作意愿是最核心影响要素，信息需求是直接动力因素，自我素养、团队氛围、主题兴趣、合作信息使用构成了团队行为的语境因素。
Taking the Colleges and universities academic teams as examples, 421 samples data were collected by questionnaire about influence factors of collaborative information seeking and retrieval. Data were analyzed for exploratory factor analysis and for confirmatory analysis respectively by SPSS and by AMOS, and full model test to two theoretical models are conducted by structural equation model. Six main influence factors of Collaborative Information Seeking and Retrieval behavior in academic teams were extracted, which were collaborative information use, self-literacy, collaborative willing, team atmosphere, information needs, and topic interesting, and a second-order model of influence factors was constructed . By the path analysis, it was found that： collaborative willing were the core influence factor, information needs were the direct dynamic one, and the self-efficacy, team atmosphere, topic interesting, and collaborative information use were the context one.
