高墩架桥机悬空拼装工艺

摘要 汕湛高速公路揭博项目T3合同段横江河特大桥第二个架梁点从35#墩开始,负责后续桥面T梁的架设,在综合考虑安全、质量、成本、工期的前提下,项目创造性地采用悬空拼装工艺拼装架桥机,并从支撑系统、吊装工艺等方面进行优化设计。以揭博T3标第二套架桥机的拼装为例,介绍了高墩架桥机悬空拼装工艺。 The second bridge erecting location of Hengjianghe Special Large Bridge of Contract No. 33 of Jie-Bo Project of Shan-Zhan Expressway starts from Pier No. 35, and is responsible for the following T-girder erecting. With considering the premise of safety, quality, cost and duration, bridge erecting machine by suspended assem- bling has been adopted with optimized design of supporting system and lifting technology. In this paper, taking the second set of bridge erecting machine of Contract No. 33 of Jie-Bo Project as an example, detailed suspended assembling technology for high pier bridge erecting machine has been introduced.
