摘要
选择了多抗甲素片剂的稀释剂、粘合剂、滑润剂和润湿剂,确定了最佳片剂处方,考察了颗粒水份含量对片剂硬度及压片时压力对片剂硬度及崩解时限的影响。经片重及含量均一性测定结果说明所选择的片剂制备工艺可使主药混合均匀。放大试验片剂的全面分析符合药典要求。
The authors reported that several kinds of diluents, binders, lubricants were being formulated in the tablet processing technology of antitumor polysa-ccharide, Polyactin A, and the representative formula was proposed.
The effects of the water content of granules and the pressure of the compressed press to the hardness of tablets and their disintegration time were also evaluated.
Weight variaton of the tablets and the uniformity of the drug content revealed that the formula proposed, is satisfactory.
Utilizing the formulation to scale-up the tablet making resulted that the quality of the tablets met the requirement of the state pharmacopoeia.
