摘要
根据板梁的实际受力性能和荷载传递规律,对经典板梁理论进行了修正分析,研究了板梁铰缝的工作机理和破坏原因。针对板梁铰缝破坏病害,提出了压力注胶铰缝加固技术。建立了各类板梁铰缝的有限元模型,对实际工程荷载进行了试验。分析结果表明:注胶加固铰缝能够显著提升板梁桥的受荷性能,压力注胶技术是一种可靠、实用的板梁铰缝加固方法。该加固方法工艺简单,可操作性能强,对运营交通干扰较小。
Based on the mechanical behavior and the load transfer,the classical plate beam theory was modified,and working mechanism and destruction causes of hinge joints of plate beam was studied.Adhesive injection technique to strengthen hinge joints was proposed for damage disease.Through finite element models analysis for various kinds of hinge joints and engineering load test,the results show that adhesive injection technique can promote mechanical behavior significantly and is a useful and reliable method to strengthen hinge joints.Moreover,this technique is simple with small disturbance for the communication operation.
