摘要
针对中国铀矿科学第一深钻研究项目和未来铀矿勘查攻深找盲的需要,在原研发的HD-4002综合测井系统基础上,通过采用特殊耐高温高强度聚芳砜(PASF)材料以及氟橡胶密封圈克服钻孔高温、高压影响以解决深井测井密封、绝缘问题;采用开关电源技术克服长距离铠装电缆引起线损的影响,研制出适合深度达3 000 m的小孔径钻孔综合测井需要的HD-4002B综合测井仪。该仪器在2013年5月成功获取中国铀矿科学第一深钻2 818 m的测井数据,填补了铀矿地质勘查深度测井技术的空白。
To meet the demand of the first deep scientific drilling project and the HD-4002B was developed on the basis of the composite well logger HD-4002, HD-4200B is with the feature of 3 000 meter logging depth, employing PASF and fluororubber "O" ring to resolve the sealing and insulation under high temperature and high pressure circumstance, and applying switching power supply technique to to the depth was the first realize high power supply to probe to reduce armor line loss. It had successfully surveyed of 2 818 meter in the first depth uranium scientific borehole finished in May 2013, and it time in the deep uranium deposit prospecting.
