摘要
全国高职高专院校图书馆应建立绩效评价指标体系,运用计算机管理方法实现实时、动态地获取高职高专院校图书馆事实数据,并进行统计与分析,同时,通过数据填报来发现问题,并通过决策支持指标实施细则提出解决问题的建议。该系统平台在线运行结果表明其是全面提升高职高专院校图书馆建设质量与水平的有效途径。
The national higher vocational and technical college library should construct the performance evaluation index system, use the computer management method to realize the real-time and dynamic access to factual data of the higher vocational and technical college library, and do the statistics and analysis. At the same time, through the data reporting to detect errors, and through detailed rules of the decision support index to put forward proposals to solve errors. Online operational results show that the system platform is the effective way to overall enhance the quality and level of the construction in the higher vocational and technical college library.
