摘要
目的评价日间手术病房运行对改进外科管理指标的影响。方法通过分析比较建立日间病房前、后外科平均住院日和平均住院费用以及周转次数等指标,表明其在降低平均住院日和平均费用、加快病房周转、保障病人安全及提高患儿家长满意度方面的作用。结果医院在2014年3—7月实行日间手术病房后,其前八位疾病占总病人的98.27%,平均住院天数1天,平均费用3317元,较2013年同时期均有明显下降,外科系统的病房周转率明显提高,手术并发症降低,第三方调查病人满意度提高96.5%。结论实施外科日间病房具有显著的优点,可明显改善病区的各项管理指标,是保障病人安全,提高医疗效率,并能得到患儿家属认可的运行模式,不但节约大量社会资源,也符合当前医疗改革的要求。
Objective：To evaluate the influence of daytime operation ward running on managerial indexes in surgi- cal department. Method：The authors analyze and compare the indexes indicating the average days of hospitalization and ward turnovers before and after the establishment of daytime operation ward, and find the indexes play the role in reducing the average days of hospitalization and the average expenses, fastening ward turnover, ensuring patient＇ s safety and impro- ving satisfactory degree of the parents. Result： After implementing daytime operation ward from March to July,2014, the top eight diseases trouble 98.27% of the total patients, the hospitalization day is averagely 1, and the average expense is 3317 yuan, which is lower significantly than those of 2013. And the ward turnover rate in surgical department increases ,the complication reduces and the third party＇ s satisfactory degree by means of questionnaires increases to 96. 5 %. Conclusion： The implementation of daytime operation shows great advantages, which improves all managerial indexes on ward section, ensures patients＇ safety,improves medical efficiency, saves a lot of social resources and meets the requirements of the cur- rent medical reform.
