摘要
应用AspenPlus11.1对乙酸异丁酯反应精馏生产过程进行模拟。得到了各过程参数的最佳理论值:最佳进料温度为20℃,最佳回流比为2,最佳进料位置为第四块塔板,同时,模拟获得了反应精馏塔的温度分布与浓度分布(液相)。
simulate the process that produces iso-butyl acetate by reactive-distillation through AspenPlus11.1. Best theoretical values of process parameters are obtained： best feed temperature is 20℃, best reflux ratio is 2, best feed stage is 4th stage, at the same time, temperature distribution and concentration distribution（liquid phase） of reaction-distillation column are acquired by simulation.
