摘要
本文根据167例强直性脊柱炎和100例类风湿性关节炎的临床资料,从遗传倾向、性别、发病年龄、骨关节及关节外临床表现、类风湿因子及骨关节X线表现等方面,分析两种疾病的异同点.结果表明它们是两种不同的疾病.
The clinical manifestations of 167 patients with ankylosing spondylitis and 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were reported. The differences between these two kinds of arthritis were compared on, such as hereditary tendency, sex distribution, onset age, eharactersitics of skeletal articular lesions and rheumatoid factor determination. The results revealed that ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis were two distinct diseases.
