摘要
目的研究急性心肌梗死患者不同方法治疗的临床效果。方法我院对2012年12月~2014年12月间接受治疗的150例急性心肌梗死患者资料进行分析,根据治疗方法不同将其分为两组,对照组的74例患者实施西药治疗,观察组的76例患者实施中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果通过对两组患者进行比较,观察组患者中,44例显效,28例有效,4例无效,有效率为94.74%;对照组患者中,22例显效,32例有效,18例无效,2例死亡,有效率为72.97%;观察组明显比对照组高,差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组患者中有28例出现并发症,发生率为37.84%,差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合方法治疗急性心肌梗死具有良好的临床效果,对患者来说更加安全,适合在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of different therapies for acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with AMI who received treatments in our hospital from December2012 to December 2014 were analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups based on their therapies. The 74 patients in the control group received Western medicine treatment alone and the 76 patients in the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy. The treatment outcomes of both groups were compared. Results In the observation group, 44 cases showed marked response, 28 cases showed response, and 4 cases showed no response; the overall response rate was 94.74%. In the control group, 22 cases showed marked response, 32 cases showed response, 18 cases showed no response, and 2 cases died; the overall response rate was 72.97%. The overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Twentyeight patients（37.84%） in the control group developed complications, which was significantly higher than the complication rate in observation group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has good efficacy in treating AMI. It should be recommended to be used in clinical practice.
